Domination Homes is Perth’s award-winning luxury home builder. We bring a wealth of experience to every luxury custom home we design and build. Our new homes are innovative and tastefully designed to suit each customer’s individual lifestyle and constructed with the highest quality craftsmanship. It is our tailored service and fine attention to detail that enables us to consistently deliver only the best luxury homes that exceed expectations time and time again. With over 40 years of building experience in Perth, our team is dedicated to building quality custom homes that last the test of time.
Our History
Salvatore Minniti arrived in Australia in 1961, intent on building a better life for his wife, Francesca, and their future family. After many years working in the building industry around Perth, Sam formed Minniti & Son – a building company based on the foundations of Italian values. He grew this business over the years by building the finest quality homes in Perth and surrounding areas.
Domenic Minniti grew up in the family business and Salvatore encouraged his son to learn all the fine details of running a successful luxury home building company from a very young age. From meetings with customers to laying foundations and putting the final touches on the landscaping, Domenic learned from his father all the intricacies of building the perfect home, and how to succeed in the Perth building industry – something he prides himself on today.
Today, Domenic is the managing director, with 3 generations of Minniti all working within the company. The heart of the business remains true, to create quality custom homes for families to love for generations to come.

About Our Process
The process of building your own home can be challenging, and at times confusing. At Domination Homes, we value transparency with our clients and taking the mystery out of building your own home. That is why we have created a useful mini-series of informational videos with our ambassadors El’Ise and Matt Bothe. Follow along as we explain the home building process, from design through to contracts, and hopefully make the thought of building your own home a little less daunting.
Showroom
At Domination Homes, we are proud to have designed a showroom that caters to all your building needs, from our wide display of quality inclusions to our simplified processes and inspiring interior design examples. The showroom plays a key role in our clients’ customer service journeys, and we love to use this tool to help create the best home will assurance that your choice is the right choice. We have seen many happy homebuyers design their new home with us in our showroom, and we look forward to using this space to help many more on their building journey.
Ambassadors
Meet our amazing ambassadors El’Ise and Matt. El’Ise and Matt joined the Domination Homes family in 2020 after taking out second place in the Block 2019. After wowing audiences with their design and building abilities, it made sense for Domination Homes to look to such an amazing couple in the construction industry to support their brand.
Since joining, El’Ise and Matt have played an important role in creating educational content and helping clients to better understand the construction industry and the building process.
Today, El’Ise and Matt each write a column for our monthly newsletter where they share some of their tips of the trade, as well as create informational content for our socials.
