Working with Domination Homes was a pleasure, your supervisor Ricc was great and what few problems we had got fixed with no questions asked.

Ricc built the home as if it was his own. We met many times to make sure that everything was to my expectations. He built the home on time and we moved in very happy.

The sales process was stress free without any pressure put on us to make a quick decision. We found all the trades to be friendly, especially your electrician and kitchen people who gave us some great advice.

I cannot recommend highly enough on how well we were treated by your staff, it made us feel wonderful and it was a pleasure to build with Domination Homes.

Domenic you gave us some great advice on the house which we thank you for. We really appreciate your honesty when we spoke, you always had our best interest at heart.

I would like to thank Domination Homes for building our home, I was very nervous signing a building contract with a builder due to so many problems that I have heard about from my friends, when building with other builders. I am so glad that we made the right choice in your company.

I need to point out your supervisor Mark, he was great and was always on the ball, if we had any problems, he was always approachable and willing to help, no matter how big or small the problem was.

Your organization dealt with all our issues in a professional manner from the sales process to design and prestart stage. We always knew where we stood in relation to any extra costs, as everyone was always upfront with us and unchanged after the contract was signed.

We truly believe that we have not built with just a builder but a group of good friends that made our dream home come true.

Firstly I would like to thank Domination Homes in building our wonderful home.

We found Robert your salesman very professional and was always on time with all the changes that we requested. At no stage was there any pressure put on us in making a quick decision, he was very patient & understanding with us.

We received personal service throughout the whole building process. I would like to especially comment on Vincenza who was great, nothing was too hard for her and we really valued her support. I truly believe that Vincenza is a great asset to Domination Homes.

We found Mark our supervisor very helpful, any time we needed to speak or meet with him, he was always on time. We could always contact Mark if we ever had any concers, Mark always dealt with our issues in a professional manner, which gave us a lot of trust in him.

I also need to comment on your electrician Carmen, a very nice man who was great, he spent the time to go around the house with us and made sure that we were happy with the positions of the power points and also gave us some suggestions on what would work better.

Being a building consultant, it was always going to be challenge, whichever builder I signed with, I was always going to look very carefully at the whole construction process. In my profession, it is my job to pick up problems in the building industry.

Even though I picked up a few problems during construction, I was very impressed with your supervisor Mark, he completely understood the whole Building process, and he understood my needs and addressed any problems in a very professional manner.

We had a time frame to build which was very important to us and this was achieved with time to spare, this took a lot of pressure off us.

We found all the staff very friendly and helpful, there was no pressure put on us to sign the contract by your salesman Robert Newton, who we found very helpful. We had plenty of time to get all our colours and selections organized, we really felt a personal service really coming through to us.

As you know you were not the cheapest quote when looking at building my home, I was after someone that would do the right thing when building our home and not charge us extras during the construction period. With your company we knew up front, what our total cost was going to be and that was what we were looking for in a builder, not the cheapest cost up front but what the end cost was going to be.

I was very happy with your Supervisor Ricc, nothing was too hard for him, he just got on with the business of building my home, he was also on time when I wanted to meet him and I could always get in contact with him.
